Week 1: Jesse Wins! Most Legendary Customer Service Act of the Week!
We have an emergency help line for our customers to call in case they need immediate assistance after hours or on weekends. When Jesse Simental's cell phone rang at nearly 1 a.m., he had a pretty good idea it was a customer in need of help on the other end. Jesse took the call and made sure that the parts and the help was available at sunup the next morning. had the part on order without any extra effort. Truly LEGENDARY service. |

Week 2: Michael Mueller Wins! Most Legendary Customer Service Act of the Week!
Time was critical. The parts had to be to the customer first thing in the morning. Guess what? The plant was on the way to work for Michael Mueller. A little planning the night before (load up the car) and a quick reroute on the way into the office the next morning and the customer -- before he even knew what had happened -- had been slapped hard with LEGENDARY customer service from Michael and Innovative. |

The customer had some questions about the cost of a finished project. Instead of just resending the invoice again, our team of experts sat down with the customer and went over the entire project to assure that all was in ordeer and ready for renumeration.
